Technician Level 1 includes focused learning, practical competencies and a portable learning record. A full scholarship covers the stated $2,400 seat value for an approved applicant. Applying does not guarantee an award; eligibility and coverage are confirmed during admissions. MOTIV academy is not an accredited college, does not confer a degree and does not award ASE certification.

Do I need to be a technician to join the Academy?
No. The broader Academy welcomes automotive professionals, enthusiasts, owners and people exploring the industry. Technician Level 1 is one specific learning path.
Does a lesson qualify me to perform a repair?
No. Learning supports understanding. Practical work follows the correct service information, shop procedures and appropriate supervision.
How do technician scholarships work?
The current Academy offering includes applications for funded Level 1 seats. Eligibility, review and the awarded place are handled through the official technician scholarship path.
Does the Academy guarantee employment?
No. A portable record helps you show what you have studied and what a store has verified. Job opportunities are separate; the Academy does not guarantee a role.
